Mitigating Legal Risks from Using Artificial Intelligence in Precision Agriculture

This piece builds on an earlier AgFunderNews article that Dr. Siegmar Pohl co-authored with Jordan Glassman, written in response to his client work and interest in AI and AgTech. That article prompted an invitation to speak at the American Agricultural Law Association's 2024 Annual Symposium in Memphis. After the presentation, Drake Journal of Agricultural Law invited Siegmar to expand on the work, offering research support that ultimately led to his essay's publication.
